 Jacqueline and Gérard welcome you in a charming property called CALVAYRAC. It is located near Carcassonne, in an luminous and preserved region where quiet hills share their slopes between vines, pastures and forests of green oaks.

 The name of Calvayrac finds its origine at the 13th century, agitated time where this property and the neighbouring lands (the Malepère) belonged to the dominican monks of the chapter of Montroyal, become today "Montreal d'Aude

 In the west part of the house are three charming guest rooms, in a quiet and resting environment.

 After day spent to discover the thousand treasures of the cathar country, you will be able to relax in the garden by tasting an aperitif, before sitting you to the “Table d'hôtes” to share friendliness and the traditional gastronomy of the cathar country.
