We have 3 double rooms and a single room all with en-suite facilities. Also, in the top floor of our house, a studio apartment, suitable for 2 people, is available for weekly lettings. we have a cherry orchard surrounded by vineyards(approx 400mtrs from the house) with sun loungers, hammock, barbecue facilities all available to guests. |

Bed and breakfast Reservations.
1) For bookings of one to three nights full payment in advance is required. A cancellation fee equal to one nights room charge will be taken in the event of cancellation or non-arrival.
2) For bookings over 3 nights a 50% deposit will be required. A non-refundable deposit equal to two nights room charge will be taken in the event of cancellation or non-arrival.
3)PLEASE NOTE THAT WE REQUIRE A MINIMUM BOOKING OF 3 NIGHTS IN JULY AND AUGUST
Apartment Reservations
1) Bookings made more than 6 weeks in advance require a 50% deposit. The balance is due on arrival.. A confirmation will be sent on receipt of all payments. Once a booking has been confirmed we will charge an administration fee of €90 for cancellations, we will use our best endeavours to secure another booking however, if we are unable to do so, the full hire charge becomes due for payment 6 weeks before your holiday was due to commence. If due to any occurance beyond the control of the owner or his agent, the accommodation is unavailable as booked eg. fire, flood etc, all monies paid will be refunded in full but there will be no further liability towards the hirer.
2)Bookings made less than 6 weeks require full payment.
It is in the best interest of yourselves that comprehensive holiday insurance is obtained. |
