 Sumner is Christchurch's seaside village - close to the city but a world apart with its beach, and extensive cliff-top and hill walks. The village is a favourite for all of Christchurch with its cafés, restaurants, boutique shops and 3-screen cinema.
Our historic villa was built around 1877 by the first mayor of Sumner. The house has been totally modernised but retains all its original charm. We are one block from the beach and an easy walk along the beach to Sumner village.
The Suite and the Studio are separate and individually self-contained. Both have king-sized beds, TV, and DVD and ensuite bathrooms. The Suite has a full separate kitchen while the Studio has a microwave kitchen. We are 15-20 minutes drive to the city centre and handy to public
transport.
