Welcome to Tropical Family Villa! Set amidst walkways of tropical plants and exotic flowers, our villa is the perfect place for families. We have a family and we wanted our home on Kauai to be somewhere we loved to come and relax….and so it is. Our main living area is more like a great room – bright, spacious with room to relax. In addition to our 3 full bedrooms and bathrooms, we have an additional loft space that can be used as a bedroom or kid’s play area.

Pristine Anini Beach – walk down a magical trail! Anini Beach is perfect for the children…..two and a half miles of white sandy beach, a safe swimming area because the beach is completely surrounded by a reef, you can always find a space to yourself there! The trail comes out just where the river comes into the beach, a favorite spot for fishing, playing, building castles, windsurfing and just relaxing in the sun!

Perfect Princeville Location Located at Mauna Kai in Princeville, we are 5 minutes walk to the Princeville center with shops and less than 5 minutes by car to the Princeville Resort. Stop by famous Queen Emma’s Baths in the Summer where Queen Emmalani would bathe. Watch the turtles playing in the froth of the waves churned up as the waves splash on the lava rock. Play tennis at HBR or golf at the Princeville Golf Club’s celebrated Prince & Makai courses. Or perhaps leave the children at home with the babysitter and take in the astounding sunsets whilst sipping a cocktail at the Princeville Resort. The choices abound.

Gorgeous North Shore Beaches Jump in the car and be on Hanalei Bay in 5 minutes – that famous bay shaped like a crescent moon. The kids can learn to boogie board or surf and you can relax by the palm fronds. Or go the other direction and try the local’s favorite, Rock Quarry. Or perhaps Kalihiwai. Drive past
Hanalei and visit celebrated Lumahai Beach where South Pacific was filmed. Make sure you stop at Tunnels, where you can snorkel in ancient lava tubes and make a day of it at Ke’e Beach – the beach which marks the beginning of the fabled Na Pali Coast. Snorkel with the turtles and just drink in the magnificence of the emerald green cliffs of Na Pali.

Largest Pool in Princeville! When you are not out exploring Kauai’s many gorgeous beaches, relax just a few steps from your door at the pool. The kids can play safely, you might want to barbecue some fresh Mahi Mahi and just relax……

Our Home We loved Kauai so much we bought our villa. It has our special touches……some artwork, a few knick knacks here and there. We want you to enjoy our vacation home just as much as we do. Let us know what you think!
