 We have been operating as a cottage-style B&B for 8 years.
The B&B is located close to the CBD (you can walk there); university; hospital; river; pool; sporting facilities etc.

Prefer phone bookings. A deposit of 50% is required on booking. Refunds will only be given for a week's notice of cancellation or replacement guests being provided. (No refunds for special events) Guests may book in after 1pm. |
