Cancellation policy: All cancellations must be received in writing, fax or email. Any cancellation received 30 days or more prior to arrival will be refunded the deposit less $160.00 administrative fee. For cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival, nil refund of the deposit will apply.
Any cancellations received less than 7 days prior to arrival will be charged the full amount of the total stay booked (ie. if your confirmed for 5 days you will be charged for a total of 5 days).
Deposit: The deposit required to confirm all bookings is the first night's accommodation cost (unless otherwise agreed).
