Welcome to the Deep Spring mineral area where, in our bush setting we can offer you natures way of unwinding and recharging. Our estate was established in 1986, developed by local craftsmen using native and recycled material to give the centre a true bush style atmosphere. Set on a 20 acre open native bush estate, Deep Spring Relaxation Centre is a 5 minute or 7 kilometer leisurly drive from Daylesford, heading towards Ballarat on the Midland Highway. |

Spa Etiquette
Reservations; Are required for all Accommodation and Day spa packages. We recommend at least 2 weeks in advance. A deposit of 50% will be required to confirm all bookings. With remainder to be payed 7 days before arrival., (no personal- or bank cheques) Please note a credit card number is required to guarantee bookings. All reservations are treated as tentative until payment has been received.
Cancellations or change of appointment; We understand that sometimes it is necessary for you to change your schedule. Out of consideration for others we kindly ask you to provide a minimum of 48 hours notice if you wish to change or cancel an appointment. The deposit less an administration fee of $50.00 will only be refunded if Deep Spring Estate & Relaxation Centre is able to rebook your appointment at no lesser rate. No show appointments will be charged at full price. Please be aware that confirming an appointment at the Deep Spring Estate & Relaxation Centre is an acknowledgement of these terms.
When to arrive; We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, to allow yourself to check in, change and relax before commencement of your treatment.
What to wear at the Centre;To appreciate your stay at the centre fully, comfortable, lose fitting clothing is most suited. You may wish to bring a robe and suitable footwear, although the Centre can supply these. Lockers are available and encouraged to be used. During the massage session the body will be fully draped, apart from areas being treated. At the Centre we offer the opportunity to enjoy a peace full and tranquil environment. Please respect the quiet and privacy of other Guests by using a lowered voice and turning off mobile phones.
What if I’m late? ; Please ensure that you arrive in time for your appointment, as arriving late will not only lessen your time spent with us, but the effectiveness of your treatment and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. As a courtesy to our clients all treatments are completed as scheduled.
Smoking & Alcohol ‘ Sorry, no indoor smoking, nor alcohol consumption in any of our treatment areas .
Payment methods; We accept Electronic transfer (bank to bank) Postal cheque, Eftpos; Visa, Master & Bank card. To confirm Personal & Bank cheque reservation, cheque’s need to be received no later than 14 days in advance.
Special Consideration
Please advise us when booking about any allergies, ailments or disabilities you may have so we can best accommodate your needs. Notification of medical conditions such as high/low blood pressure, heart complications, pregnancy, recent surgery etc is also recommended so we can assist in the appropriate choice of treatment.. |
