Breakfast is served on our grapevine covered stone patio, with wonderful views of the flower gardens. Stroll through or read on the seat arbor or "zen" area bench, amongst the flowers, quails and bees. We offer two rooms: the street level Rose Cottage Ste. a private bedroom with King bed, full private bathroom, family room with 35" TV/DVD, games, books, puzzles; can sleep up to 5 max. (Please call to discuss children before booking). There is a pull-out sofa bed and twin bed (ideal for 2 couples traveling together). Guests have the use of a frig/freezer, microwave, toaster, bake/toast/convection oven, kettle, cutlery, glassware, dishes, coffeemaker and other appliances.
Upper romantic Rose Room master Ste. with private ensuite bathroom and balcony access to your own private sitting area and a bar table & chairs, with views of Anarchist Mtn. and Osoyoos Lake.

We have a 2-night min. stay on weekends (F,S,S) & on long weekends it is 3. Cancellation policy is 21 days. Reservations are regarded as commitments, no shows or reduced stays will be charged for 1 night's rate or half of the total stay for more than 1 night. Cancellations with adequate notice are subject to a booking fee of $50/room.
For long-term winter stays the policies will be stated at time of reservation. |
