We are approx. 20 minutes from Auckland Airport / City. The Ferry is a wonderful way to see the harbour taking 35 minutes to Downtown Auckland, or use the bus at the end of the driveway. Take a 5 minute walk to the beach and historic Restaurant. There are several golf courses near by. Howick village is 3 klms. away by car with shopping and cafes / restaurants. There are also Asian restaurants 1.5 klms. away by car. Howick is an eastern suburb of Auckland, on the edge of rural and coastal reserve areas and at the gateway to the Pacific Coast Highway. Howick is one of the oldest settlements in New Zealand having been established around 1847. Our home is SMOKE FREE indoors. |
