Situated on the Port Hills, the house overlooks a magnificent view of the city and mountains. One of the first homes to be built on Huntsbury Hill, the house is nestled in a sheltered position surrounded by mature trees in a terraced garden with inground swimming pool. Bedrooms have unique character with ensuite bathrooms. This is a tranquil base for City/Banks Peninsula exploration, also for day trips to Akaroa, Hanmer Springs, Kaikoura and Arthurs Pass. Walking tracks and excellent restaurants are close by. There is off street parking and the number 12 bus stops at the gate. Mungo-Jerry is our popular 3 legged cat. Christchurch Airport is a 20 minute drive, the city centre a 5 minute drive. |
