Deposit & cancellation fee policy: A deposit of 30% of the total cost of accommodation booked, or a current credit card number, is required to secure your booking. In the case of cancellation, deposit is refundable if 2 days notice of cancellation has been given, however, if other bookings have been refused deposit is non-refundable. If a current credit card number is held as deposit no amount is debited to the card before your arrival, however, a cancellation fee of 30% of the total cost of accommodation booked, will be debited to your card without prior cancellation of booking or under the above cancellations conditions.
