Nearest Town:

Melbourne. Melbourne's CBD is only a 20 minute car journey or a 15 minute train ride. Your hosts will gladly arrange transport to and from the train station. |

Conditions:

50% deposit must be paid prior to arrival to secure booking.
Credit cards are accepted.
Cancellations, one night's accommodation will be charged to your credit card if booking cancelled less than 48 hours prior to arrival.
All remaining accommodation must be settled upon arrival.
Rooms must be vacated by 11am on day of departure.
A no smoking policy applies throughout both the bed and breakfast accomodation and the main house. Smoke detectors have been fitted throughout all areas of accommodation.
However, smoking is allowed outside, at the discretion of other guests. |
