The rooms in our bed and breakfast rooms are queen, double or single size with ceiling fans for warm summer days and central heating for cool evenings. All are furnished with a happy seaside decorative detail, with scented soaps and shampoos provided.
Our guests enjoy the privacy of the lower level, which includes a private lounge room and a full kitchen. Breakfast is served on the sunny terrace with fresh fruits, juices, french bread and rolls, cereals and yoghurt. |

CANCELLATION POLICY
When you make a booking, we request that you confirm the booking with Visa or Mastercard details by email, fax or telephone.
* If the booking is cancelled within 14 days of your arrival in Sydney, we will charge a cancellation fee of one day's room rate.
* For cancellations within 7 days, we will charge a cancellation fee of 2 day's room rate.
* Bookings may not be cancelled after guest's arrival.
* If we are able to rebook the room, we will happily refund the cancellation charge.
* If we are not able to rebook the room, we are happy for you to use the the cancellation fee as a deposit for any future booking with us at Bondi Beach. |
