Queen's Retreat: King-sized bed with private bath. Seperate TV/sitting room adjacent to guest dining area. Maximum 2 people per room. $125 CAD per night. |

King's Palace: King-sized bed, fireplace, large screen TV with cable/VCR/DVD en-suite with jetted soaker tub. Maximum 2 people. $140 CAD per night. |

We can accommodate children in our Royal Suite. Children under 10 years stay free, each child over 10 is an additional $15 per night. |

Our Royal suite has 2 bedrooms (each with a king sized bed),1 private bathroom, and exclusive use of family room equiped with TV and fireplace. One bedroom can be converted over to accommodate 2 twin sized beds upon request. Price per night starts at $170 (for 2 adults). Additional adult $20 per night, children rate is as mentioned above. Maximum 4 guests. |

Our guests can choose one of the following options: Full hot breakfast at 8:00 am, Continental style breakfast served until 11:00 am, or bagged breakfast to take for early departures. |

Located in Penticton, just 4 1/2 hour drive from Vancouver, BC. There is an airport in Penticton, but many of our guests fly into Kelowna on WestJet Airlines, which is 1 hour 15 minute drive to Penticton. |

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX. Bookings less than 30 days in advance are secured with full payment only.
Check in time: 4-6 PM / Check out time 11 AM
Bookings of a longer duration are secured with a 50% deposit (minimum of 1 nights charge) payable by credit card or bank draft (postmarked within 3 days of booking confirmation), and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
Full cash refunds on cancellations of 30 days or more (Less $50.00 to cover handling expenses). 50% refunds on cancellations with 10 to 29 day notice.
Deposits will be forfeited unless notice is received a minimum of ten (10) days prior to scheduled arrival. |
