If you like the outdoor life then City Beach Bed and breakfast is for you!
A mere 5 minute stroll will find you at the beautiful City Beach, a large expanse of crisp white sand kissing the freshness of the indian Ocean.
You can fish off the groyne, surf the right hand or left hand breaks or swim under the watchful eyes of the bronzed surf lifesavers.
This has been Perth's favourite beach for many decades and this year won Perth's Best Beach competition.
Take your champagne to the beach at dusk, dig your feet into the white sand and watch the sun sink beneath the horizon over the Indian Ocean.
You can walk to two local restaurants, both on the water's edge and both offering casual and fine dining from breakfast until late at night. Drop in for coffee and watch Perthites enjoying their aquatic activities right before your eyes. Relaxation plus!
Five minutes in the opposite direction will see you walking along maintained bush tracks in the Bold Park Nature Reserve. Walk along the more demanding tracks for many kilometres or choose the easier tracks. Which ever you choose you you can be assured of quiet and solitude in a natural bush setting. At the highest point you can see the City of Perth and Indian Ocean, seemingly at your feet. You are this close!
Shopping at the new Floreat Forum is a five minute drive and public transport to Perth, Fremantle and Hillarys is clean, inexpensive and regular.
As a City Beach B&B guest you are entitled to discount bicycle hire. You can cycle up and down the Sunset Coastal strip or into the city. We have a well connected set of cycle ways which take you around Perth.
We are very close to some major facilities such as: Edith Cowan University, UWA, Challenge Stadium and Perry Lakes Athletic Stadium. We have public swimming pools and public golf courses available to you. |

City Beach Bed and Breakfast is a one only, fully self contained, private, spacious and modern luxury apartment.
It includes full kitchen facilities, washing machine, private bathroom, Orthopaedic Queen size bed, reverse cycle air conditioning, barbecue, private courtyard, remote TV, VCR and CD. We provide a cot and high chair for young children.
We are snuggled between City Beach, the native reserve of Bold Park and the CBD. It is located close to many tourist attractions and withing three minutes brisk walking distance from the beach or the bush.
You can borrow a set of goggles, snorkel and flippers, a fishing rod, a beach umbrella or even a surf board if you are keen.
We have a beautiful park across the road with two sets of playing equipment which children would love.
We offer off road parking.gardens on the property, ironing board and iron, non smoking establishment.
Complimentary chocolates to guests on arrival and a small basket of fruit. We have barbecue facilities, a table and chairs set in the garden.

We are surrounded by a variety of restaurants offering mutli cultural foods.
You may like to dine on the fore shore at a cafe or fine dining at a formal restaurant, both being on the beach. You may like to find a restaurant north along the Sunset Coast Drive or head south to Fremantle, a very multi cultural town. All these drives are within 15 minutes of City Beach B & B. You might like to go into the CBD for a fine meal and a look at our night life in the city and from the beautifully lit King's Park. |
