Two acres of rose gardens, shady conifers and a hillside garden where paths wander through trees, and a waterfall feeds several fishponds.

Animal lovers, Nery and Michael have 2 Welsh Corgis and Molly and Mozart the black cats.
A separate Honeymoon Cottage, in the orchard beside the river has two bedrooms, a bathroom a mini kitchen and laundry facility. There is comfortable seating around a cosy potbelly stove. Climbing Roses frame the door, a Juliet balcony looks down into the river.
A new apartment is also available, it has a King Bed as well as a single. A full kitchen and in the living area a Victorian gas fire place. |

To secure a booking we require your credit card details that are valid at the time of your visit at Trelawn Place. We do not debit your credit card account until completion of your visit.
Cancellation within 48 hours of your visit will incur full payment unless we can re-rent the room. We honour all bookings that have been confirmed with current credit card details (Visa or Mastercard). Over the Xmas period (22nd Dec to 22nd Jan) we have a 30 day cancellation policy. Bookings cancelled 8-29 days before expected arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 25% of the expected booking. Cancellations made in the 7 days prior to the expected arrival will be subject to the full surcharge of the room nights cancelled unless can the room is filled.
It is a good idea to have travel insurance.
