Birch furniture, halogen lighting, pure wool carpets, wooden Venetians, and white linens and 100% cotton sheets. The guest house is immaculately clean and no smoking is permitted anywhere inside. Shared bathrooms are cleaned daily with fresh linens. Full facilities are offered, including a spacious kitchen with new appliances, dishwasher and kitchenware; a modern laundry with new washers and dryers and an attractive television lounge furnished warmly with clean modern lines. Car parking is readily available on-street and a pleasant outdoor courtyard with teak garden furniture is provided for those guests who wish to smoke. A continental breakfast is served in the kitchen from 7 to 11 am.
