Conditions:
A cancellation fee will not be taken if we receive notice 10 days prior to your arrival date. Late cancellation fee is 50% of your stay and a no show is 100%. Every effort will be made to re book your nights to reduce the cancellation fee.
Our check in time is between 4pm and 6pm, check out around 10 30 am. Notification is needed out side these times (peek season room may be resold) so please phone us in advance. We appreciate an ETA very much (expected time of arrival) it really helps to plan our day to be here to great you on arrival.
