Ballymoney is situated 20 minutes drive from Christchurch city and Christchurch airport on a quiet country road. The house is surrounded by a two acre rambling garden set on a 35 acre farm. The farm hosts masses of animals including many rare breeds.Chestnuts walnuts and quinces and also grown commercially.A farm tour and animal feeding are offered daily. The period farmhouse offers two guest suites. The Manuka suite with two rooms ,a king/twin room openind onto a private veranda with an ensuite bathroom and ajoining a small double room with a private bathroom. Seperated from the house by a brick courtyard is the Kowhai studio with a queen bed and a single bed and ensuite bathroom.A cot is available. A full breakfast is included in the tarriff and Dinner is always available. Ballymoney is Qualmark rated 4star
