Our 500 hectare sheep and cattle farm is near the Waitomo caves with a view of Mt Ruapehu.
A massage/spa conservatory overlooks the gardens and farm. Our adult children have largely left home but two cats keep an eye on us.

Our baby grand and karaoke love attention and various farm walks and a glow worm / cave night walk can be undertaken. Peter is a well informed and progressive farmer while Jocelyn is a Midwife and artist. Adventure tourism is a feature of this area with abseiling, black water rafting and cave canoeing just some of the ways this can be enjoyed as well as a charming drive out to the West Coast at Marokopa visiting the natural stone bridge, the worlds oldest oyster fossils at Piripiri Caves and the Marokopa Falls on the way all at no cost.
We enjoy welcoming visitors to our home and relaxing in front of the fire at days end.
