This unique home provides a feeling of warmth and relaxation.

A restful green theme flows through the bedrooms into the dining room and sitting room with its library, both opening to a sunny courtyard surrounded by cottage gardens. All rooms overlook the lake and have mountain views.

On arrival you will be welcomed with fresh coffee and home made cake. Once you have settled in, relax in the courtyard garden, or take in the Lake and Mountain views from the sun-deck. In winter there is a roaring log fire awaiting your return from a days skiing or sightseeing. Maria has worked many years as a chef and will provide three course dinners by prior arrangement.

 

Larch Hill B&B / Homestay is purpose built on an elevated site overlooking Lake Wakatipu. As featured in 'National Geographic Traveller 2006', it is surrounded by spectacular mountains which are snow capped in Winter. All rooms have lake and mountain views, tea/coffee making facilities, duckdown bedspreads in winter. Generous breakfasts. Lesley and Chris look forward to being your hosts.
