The property is nestled in the foothills of Mt. Buffalo in the picturesque Buckland Valley and set on 11 acres with beautiful mountain views. Located in peaceful surroundings and only a short stroll from the river (trout fishing) with waterfall swimming hole. Daily busses during winter to nearby snowfields (Mt. Buffalo, Mt. Hotham & Falls Creek).

Other activities include: Winery tours, horse riding, Autumn & Spring Festivals (spectacular scenery during autumn), mountain biking & bike rides on Myrtleford-Bright Rail Trail, scenic ultralight flights, birdwatching (resident hand tame King Parrots) etc. After a day exploring the surrounding areas, come home to enjoy a hot jacuzzi (6 seater) in the large spa room with woodheater & cosy seating. Then cocktails in front of the open fire in the lounge followed by a gourmet dinner served in the candlelit dining room.

The three course dinners are selected from a choice of different menus, created by using quality local produce (i.e. trout, emu, venison, Milawa cheeses), and range from $30 - $45 (gst incl.) per person. Winelist with a selection of excellent local wines. Cocktails also available and gourmet picnic baskets can be provided upon request. The tariff includes a continental breakfast with fruit, juice, homemade muesli, jams and bread etc. Separate breakfast menu (with surcharge) available including e.g. Herb & Goats cheese fritters with smoked salmon or Pancakes with fresh berries & sugar maples syrup.
