This magnificent Victorian style villa, built in 1906 in Auckland, was transported to Rotorua 90 years later, completely renovated and restored incorporating all modern comforts. We provide old-fasioned hospitality, home cooking and a friendly atmosphere. Dalbeth Road is only 12 minutes from Rotorua City. There is a wide variety of activities ands sights to see in and around Rotorua. We hope you can set aside a few days to enjoy the area and our lovely country home. The views of lake Rotorua and the city lights are spectacular. On cold evenings we have a cosy log fire in the guestlounge.
