A Neo-Tudor home in almost two hectares (four acres) of tranquil prize winning gardens (first, large garden section of Southern Pride Beautification Competition), Tudor Park is only 15 minutes north of Invercargill City, near the Southern Scenic route.

Annfield, originally built in 1866, has around 17 acres of ground, of which five acres have been converted to the commercial growing of flowers, mainly gentians and lilacs.
The rest is still in pasture with alpacas and coloured sheep. The house has been renovated, from foundations to roof, with the old character being kept and the convenience of modern facilities added. The garden is still being developed.
There are a dog and a couple of cats around. They have only limited access to the house.
There is good trout fishing - in season - an easy distance away. We are just over 1 km from the Southern Scenic Route, west of Invercargill, signposted to Waianiwa/Drummond.

Ours is a great location for visiting the many attractions of the Catlins area. We are situated 6km north of Waikawa and 10 minutes drive to the Fossil Forest and Hectors Dolphins at Curio Bay.
Our comfortable warm home is surrounded by flowers and trees in a quiet green countryside.
Our farm is 1000 acres and runs 2500 sheep 150 cattle and 500 deer with the help of 3 sheepdogs. You are welcome to experience our farming, community activities or walk the hill tops for great views of the coast.
Dinner time is a special time in our home for conversation and good food including local fish, venison beef and lamb raised on our farm and organic vegetables followed by homemade desserts. Greenbush is situated 50kms from Invercargill, 60kms from Bluff where you catch the ferry to Stewart Island. We are 4kms off the Southern Scenic Route at Fortrose on the way to Waipapa Point Lighthouse, Slope Point (the most southerly point of the South Island) & Curio Bay. We have a sheep farm on the edge of the Pacific Ocean where you may stroll our wild beach. Our 1920's villa is nestled in a well established 2 acre garden where you can wake up to birdsong or just relax in the surroundings. We are the fourth generation on the farm.
