Welcome to Jacaranda Cottage, our new architecturally designed home a few metres from the Sandspit estuary. The views are magnificent and so close that you will feel part of the panorama. Sandspit is 6km from Warkworth, a picturesque town, one hour north of Auckland. The local area provides opportunities for sightseeing and relaxation, including restaurants, vineyards, art galleries etc. We are a few minutes walk from the Sandspit wharf where boats leave for Kawau Island. There are bush walks and the swimming is great. We have a fully, self-contained unit with a Queen-sized bed. Our other rooms are a double bedroom and one with two single beds. We have a border collie dog, Jess. In front of our house is moored our catamaran. We will take you fishing or sightseeing by arrangement.

We offer a range of accomodation options at beautiful, unpopulated Pakiri Beach, just one and a half hours north of Auckland - executive beachfront holiday home, self catering cabins, backpackers and farmstay accommodation with meals provided. Great horse riding on a superb white sand, unpopulated surf beach. 1 and 2 hour rides, half and full day horse treks. Beach front café. Rides depart 10am and 2pm daily. Extra rides during summer months.

A self-contained 2 bedroomed house just outside the village of Patumahoe, 45 minutes from Auckland city and 35 minutes from Auckland airport. A garden surrounds the property and beyond are farms. The village is a few minutes walk away and the nearest town is 8 minutes by car (Pukekohe) with a train station. Hamilton is 1 hour south. Beaches are close by.

We are approx. 20 minutes from Auckland Airport / City. The Ferry is a wonderful way to see the harbour taking 35 minutes to Downtown Auckland, or use the bus at the end of the driveway. There are also Asian restaurants 1.5 klms. away by car. Howick is an eastern suburb of Auckland, on the edge of rural and coastal reserve areas and at the gateway to the Pacific Coast Highway. Howick is one of the oldest settlements in New Zealand having been established around 1847. Our home is SMOKE FREE indoors.
