At Kauaeranga Country we only take one couple, family or group at a time, so there is no sharing and all facilities are for your exclusive use. Our accommodation is furnished in antique and period furniture and is both spacious and comfortable, with crisp cotton sheets in summer and a cosy fire in the winter. We are nestled in the bush beside the beautiful Kauaeranga River. Here you can swim safely in the stoney bottomed stream, kayak or fish for trout. All this is done is peace and tranquilly with hardly a soul about. There are horses and sheep on our ten acre property and calves in the spring. Walk in the garden or on surrounding farmland to obtain extensive veiws of the valley. A warm welcome awaits you as we love meeting new people from all over the world.
