When visiting Napier, you are welcome to stay in my modern two-storeyed home, in an old garden on the sunny side of Napier's beautiful hill. The fully-appointed guest-room, has a panoramic view over Hawke Bay and has a private bathroom. I'm a 15 minute walk from downtown or from historic Port Ahuriri, both with excellent restaurants.

Best Paddock Cottage is in a private setting with its own garden, and overlooks the newly planted Best Paddock vineyard, and the vineyards of Redmetal and Sileni Estates. The cottage and surrounding areas are located in a peaceful and tranquil setting on the Heretaunga Plains, with views of Roys Hill. It is a perfect base for wine lovers, a ten minute drive accesses over ten wineries, as well as 2 golf courses, the Hastings CBD and Havelock North Village. Excellent food is available in the nearby wineries, from coffee to fine dining.
We offer simple and stylish accommodation for two, in the comfortable wood lined cottage. The cottage is self contained with full cooking facilities, TV and stereo; queen sized bed and large bathroom. Full breakfast provisions are supplied, as well as fresh fruit and a complimentary bottle of Hawkes Bay wine.

This wonderful historical farmhouse is a colonial treasure. Built on Napier hill in 1854, it has been fully restored and renovated to today's accommodation expectations.
The furnishings are stylish "olde worlde" with much attention to detail and visitor comfort. There are three spacious double & Queen rooms with well-appointed ensuite facilities.
For those guests who desire a little more privacy there is a delightful "boudoir suite", with separate entrance, in the old maids quarters at the rear of the house. Perfect for the romantically inclined.
The private Victorian style lounge (for guests use only) has large comfortable sofas and armchairs, elegant dining area, and a log fire for cooler evenings. French doors open onto a sunny verandah, where you are welcome to relax and unwind and perhaps enjoy a glass of wine or a G&T after a busy day exploring the delights of the Hawke's Bay region.
The home is beautifully situated within rambling gardens. Abundant with native trees fruit trees, cottage gardens and much bird-life, including a resident native wood pigeon.

Situated on the coastal strip near the famous Cape Kidnappers Gannet Colony, surrounded by vineyards and farmland yet only 15 minutes from Napier, Hastings and Havelock North. Merriwee lies nestled amongst gum trees, spacious grounds and an apricot orchard.
The home, built in 1908, is a 5 minute walk from the beach and has elevated sea views across to Napier.

Located in Taradale, just 8 minutes from Napier city, famous for it's Art Deco and 12 minutes from Hastings City. Take a stroll to two of the regions top Wineries, including the World famous "Mission Winery". Want to shop? then take a 3 minute stroll to Taradale's many Shops, Banks, Restaurants, Cafes, Specialty Stores etc. We are 5 minutes drive from two public golf courses. Our central location makes us extremely central for all tourist attractions throughout Hawkes Bay.
