When visiting Napier, you are welcome to stay in my modern two-storeyed home, in an old garden on the sunny side of Napier's beautiful hill. The fully-appointed guest-room, has a panoramic view over Hawke Bay and has a private bathroom. I'm a 15 minute walk from downtown or from historic Port Ahuriri, both with excellent restaurants.

There are two apartments available, both are private and self contained with indoor and outdoor living. The kitchens are fully equipped however if you don't feel like cooking you will find restaurants and cafes just a few steps from the front gate. Belvedere is a large 2 storeyed Southern style home set in half an acre of well kept lawns and gardens. Belvedere is situated within a short distance from Havelock North where there are a great variety of shops and restaurants. Also close by there are golf courses, wineries.
Cape kidnappers, orchards and swimming beaches.
We have an in ground saline swimming pool and a spa for you to relax in, or maybe you would prefer to sit under an umbrella in the gardens. A barbecue area is available for your use while indulging in a bottle of Hawke's Bay wine and maybe a game of Petanque.

This wonderful historical homestay is a colonial treasure. Built on Napier hill in 1854, it has been fully restored and renovated to today's accommodation expectations.
The furnishings are stylish "olde worlde" with much attention to detail and visitor comfort. There are three spacious double & Queen rooms with well-appointed ensuite facilities.
For those guests who desire a little more privacy there is a delightful "boudoir suite", with separate entrance, in the old maids quarters at the rear of the house. Perfect for the romantically inclined.
The Victorian style lounge has large comfortable sofas and armchairs, elegant dining area, and a log fire for cooler evenings. French doors open onto a sunny verandah, where you are welcome to relax and unwind and perhaps enjoy an afternoon tea served with homemade cookies and muffins after a busy day exploring the delights of the Hawke's Bay region.
The home is beautifully situated within rambling gardens. Abundant with native trees, fruit trees, cottage gardens and much bird-life. A Scottie & Westie are in residence as is an unobtrusive cat.

Located in Taradale, just 8 minutes from Napier city, famous for it's Art Deco and 12 minutes from Hastings City. Take a stroll to two of the regions top Wineries, including the World famous "Mission Winery". Want to shop? then take a 3 minute stroll to Taradale's many Shops, Banks, Restaurants, Cafes, Specialty Stores etc. We are 5 minutes drive from two public golf courses. Our central location makes us extremely central for all tourist attractions throughout Hawkes Bay.

Situated on the Wine, Trail 'Silverford' - one of Hawkes Bay's most gracious Homesteads - is spaciously set in 17 acres of farmland, established trees and gardens. Drive through our half a kilometre long gorgeous Oak lined avenue to the sweeping lawns.
