Arc en Ciel B&B is nestled in a dominating and quiet position alongside the foothills of the Italian Alps in Susa Valley(Turin). Excellent skiing slopes located within one hour. Our B&B offers a wonderful panorama from the city of Turin to the top of Monviso overlooking the Avigliana lakes and Sacra di San Michele (one of the major monuments visited in Piemont). Our guests will have private use of the upper floor in our mountain home. It consists of a private large room (2+1) and bathroom. It is decorated with quaint antique furniture and has a private balcony with a breathtaking view.

We are located on an old farm typical of the Piemonte region, nestled in the Monferrato hills. The B&B can be easily reached from the A4 highway and gives you a pleasant stay not faraway from Turin, official site for 2006 Olympic Winter Games. Our house, originally built in 1850, was recently restored to its historic character. We're surrounded by hilltowns, Romanic churches, castles and traditional farms, which produce some of Italy's finest as wines, cheeses, truffles and hazel-nuts.

Our Bed&Breakfast is in a typical village in the National Park of Val Grande, 10 minutes by car far from Verbania-Pallanza. The place is ideal for people who like nature and to walk. Our guests will find here quiet and kindliness.
Each double-room have a tv-set, a hair-dryer and a balcony with a wonderful view on the Park.
The breakfast is delicious, big and is made with home-made natural products.
You can visit the typical gardens of this region (for example, Villa Taranto, Villa Pallavicino), the Borromeo Islands, Stresa, Verbania, Lake Maggiore, Lake Mergozzo and Orta Lake. Good connections with Milan, Turin and Switzerland.

Our house is in Susa Valley, in front of the Sacra of S.Michele Abbey. This monument is the symbol of Piedmont.
The village of Caprie is 30 Km far from Turin. Caprie is situated between medieval city of Avigliana with your lakes and Susa with the traces of the Roman Empire.
Optimal starting-point for cultural and gastronomically excursions in Susa Valley, centre of the Olympic Game 2006. In Caprie many sports are practicable so: Mountain Bike, climb, free flay, canyoning.
We live 40 minutes from Vialattea skiing area. In this territory they are many lifts and 400 Km. of pistes.
More important winter resorts are: Sestriere, Cesana, Sansicario, Sauxe d’Oulx, Claviere and near village of
Montgenèvre. The territory of Bardonecchia offer pistes of Jafferau, Colomion, Les Arnauds and Melezet.

La Residenza dello Scoiattolo is in the middle of the Anzasca Valley, little more than 10km from Macugnaga, on the slopes of Monte Rosa. Perfect for skiers in winter and for mountain walkers (or simply people loving nature) in summer, this is a lovely part of the world, where Italy meets Switzerland.

The B&B provides friendly, comfortable accommodation. Set away from other houses, the lodge is nonetheless close to the village, providing a winning mix of privacy and convenience. The owners are on hand to help with any questions or needs, and the accommodation provides a charming, relaxing and very beautiful holiday base in Italy.

The two-storey villa sits within its own garden, enveloped by a huge wisteria, and with the woods nearby. The first floor is entirely given over to the Bed & Breakfast: there are 2 bedrooms, 1 double room with a wide terrace with a view on Monte Rosa, and 1 single room. In addition, there is a bathroom exclusively for the use of the B&B, a passage room and a second, wider solarium terrace at the back of the house.

A generous and varied Continental Breakfast is served downstairs each morning, by the fireplace in the sitting room. On this floor you will find the kitchen and a second bathroom with shower to be shared with the owners. The house has a distinctly Alpine feel, with the wood cladding of the building complemented by wooden walls, floors and ceilings, with wooden beams to complete the mountain ambience. The owners speak French and English.
